Surgery Closures
The surgery will be closed on Monday the 6th May and Monday the 27th May 2013 (Bank Holidays).
We will also be closed on Wednesday 15th May 2013 from 1.00pm for educational training.
Current Vacancies
Practice nurse (part time) required to join our friendly team of
four practice nurses at Chippenham Surgery. We are looking for an
enthusiastic and reliable nurse working approximately seventeen
hours per week. Ideally someone who is trained for diabetes and
minor illness. Closing date: 10th May 2013.
Medical secretary (part time) to work 6.5 hours per week plus
reception duties of 5 hours on alternative weeks. Would also be
required to provide holiday/sickness cover for both secretarial and
reception duties. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and
flexible team member to join our friendly practice. Closing date:
17th May 2013.
Measles Outbreak
Measles outbreak in South Wales area - please contact surgery to
check MMR status and if applicable arrange for vaccination.
Appointments
Commencing May 2013 we will be offering
patients GP and practice nurse appointments Tuesday evenings as well
as early Friday morning appointments.
Carer's Support Worker
We have a Carer's Support Worker who
attends the practice regularly each month who can provide practical
advice and information for carers. Please check with reception
for date and times.
